How many Baskets by PC Locs are included in the iQ 10 Charging Station?
Two. Each Basket has five slots that can fit all iPad models and most Tablets.
What colour Baskets will I receive with the iQ 10 Charging Station?
1x Blue and 1x green
What devices are compatible with the iQ 10 Charging Station?
Almost any Tablet device. Criteria:
1) It must be USB chargeable
2) Needs to fit inside Baskets by PC Locs. To give you an idea, all iPad models and 10" Tablets are compatible. If you want to play it safe, there is a simple template that you can download in the section below to determine whether or not your devices will fit. All you have to do is download the file, print it to scale on an A3 size paper and place your device within the guides. Instructions and measurements are included on the template. My devices dont match the criteria in question 3. What can I do?
We also offer a charging station in the Carrier range - Carrier 10 Charging Station.
Can I interchange the Baskets with other PC Locs products?
Yes. Baskets by PC Locs are compatible with; iQ 10 Sync Charge Station, iQ 20 Cart and iQ 30 Cart. Contact us for details.
I need to sync my devices too.

What is the charging rate of the iQ 10 Charging Station?
Maximum of 2.4 amps at each port.
My iQ 10 Charging Station isn't charging.
Check the USB chargers located under the top hood. Ensure that the switch is on 2.4 Amps. for more details on how to check and access the USB chargers, download the instruction manual.
