Mobile Sales Consultant – Sydney

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional to move into the new role of Mobile Sales Consultant (MSC) working from our mobile display van based out of our office and showroom in Newington, Sydney. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be to generate new business for our range of device deployment solutions in a variety of key verticals including Health, Hospitality and Corporate.  As a key member of the national sales team you will contribute to and be rewarded for national sales growth and your capacity to earn via an uncapped incentive program will be unlimited. You will be required to have demonstrated success in a results-driven, preferably mobile, sales environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, from sales development, prospecting and appointment setting to customer management. This position requires someone who has an impeccable driving record, enjoys being on the road and who can efficiently plan and manage a territory.

Key Duties

  • Leverage all current resources to set up and deliver onsite product demonstrations in identified verticals.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales and meetings quotas.
  • Maintain all CRM records as required and expand database of prospects.
  • Assist other sales team members as required by the National Sales Manager.
  • Assist at Conferences and Trade Shows as required.

Key Experience and Requirements

  • At least three years proven mobile sales experience.
  • Strong phone presence –comfortable cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Comfortable doing face to face presentations.
  • An understanding of concepts relating to software/connected devices would be highly regarded.
  • A track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Relevant tertiary study and qualifications will be highly regarded.
  • An impeccable driving record.
  • Pride in presentation and punctuality is required.
