PC Locs Managing Director named in West Australia’s top 40

In November 2011 James Symons, Managing Director of PC Locs, was nominated for Western Australia’s 40 under 40 business awards. On Wednesday 22nd of February, James was awarded with a 40 under 40 for the outstanding achievement of building PC Locs to what it is today.
So what is PC Locs today?
Historically, PC Locs is a manufacturing company designing and producing innovative products for storing, charging and securing mass deployments of mobile technology devices – predominantly laptops, iPads and other tablet/slate devices.
Now, PC Locs is an international company that exports products to New Zealand and most recently the United States. Lock and Charge Pty Ltd is the company that exports all PC Locs manufactured products outside of Australia and already has exclusive distribution agreements in place with international distributors.
How did PC Locs elevate to where it is today?
When James took over the reins as General Manager (elevated from his role as National Sales and Marketing Manager) in 2005, the company has enjoyed growth of over 400%.
James attribute the success to the team, “This [PC Locs’ success]has been as a direct result of working with a forward thinking and motivated team that are not only able to plan and execute well but can also think on their feet and have the agility to change direction where needed. We now have offices in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane serving more than 200 resellers within Australia. Internationally, we have offices in Madison, Wisconsin and Fargo, North Dakota, to service the North American market”.
PC Locs will continue to do what it does best…..gathering information, forward thinking , innovating and manufacturing products that solve problems. This in a nut shell is why James Symons won a 40 under 40 award. Congratulations James!
