What devices are compatible with the Carrier 20 Cart?
The Carrier 40 is designed to fit almost any device, including the latest USB-C devices - up to 13 inch in the Large Baskets. But if you're still unsure, there is a simple template that you can download in the section below to determine whether or not your devices will fit. All you have to do is download the file, print it to scale on an A3 size paper and place your device within the guides. Instructions are included on the template. My devices are too big for the larger Basket. What can i do?
So your device is too big? We have you covered. You can purchase the Device Rack that replace the Baskets and allows larger devices, such as Laptops to be compatible. There is a simple template below that you can use to determine whether your device will fit inside the Device Rack. For further information or help, contact us.
Are there any special power requirements for charging 40 devices?
Simply plug it to a power outlet and you're ready to charge. The Carrier 20 Cart is equipped with ECO Safe Charge power management system for safe and efficient charging. ECO Safe Charge stages the availability of power to each bank of devices.

Where can I find the serial number plate on the cart?
The serial number plate on the Carrier 40 Cart is located on the power tray panel of the cart, at the bottom.
